The ideal candidate should possess strong programming knowledge, problem-solving skills, and an enthusiasm for training students in programming and web development technologies.
Role Overview
As a Technical Mentor / Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, mentoring learners, and helping them build strong foundations in programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Web Development.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions in programming and web technologies
- Teach Data Structures and Algorithms with practical problem-solving approaches
- Provide hands-on coding practice and project guidance
- Train learners in full-stack development tools and frameworks
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews
- Mentor students for placement readiness and career development
- Support learners in improving technical and communication skills
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth training delivery

Candidate Requirements

Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
