- Collect blood and other clinical specimens as per standard procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Serology, and Microbiology as assigned.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, storage, and disposal of specimens.
- Record and maintain accurate test results and laboratory documentation.
- Report critical values and abnormal findings to the concerned doctor/pathologist.
- Follow quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols.
