Electronics & Electrical Head
1. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for action plan and breakdown analysis, supervision of process and preventive maintenance.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Record and ISO documentation
- Ensure preventive maintenance and timely support in case of breakdown and maximize uptime of machines. Eliminate undue maintenance, prevent downtime and reduce inventory cost.
- Knowledge of analyzing power Ensure reduction in the downtime
- Analysis of the reasons for the occurrence of the downtime
- Ensure on time inventory availability to carry out production process efficiently and smooth functioning of the plant
- Issues supplies, materials and equipments to carry out the process efficiently
- Indenting and follow up for the arrangements of the spares
- Supervise & coordinate electronics maintenance of particular section
- Maximize plant availability to achieve production as per targets
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workers
- Ensure achievement of the targets
- Ensure proper coordination with all departments
- Organize & implement ISO,EMS in area of operation
- Ensure involvement of people for the improvement of quality standards and productivity
- Study and analyze power consumption and maintenance cost of particular section
- Implement action plans to optimize maintenance cost as per the budget norms
- Indentify and carry out proposal for modification /upgradation for improvement in plant working on continuous in section
- Ensure proper and updated documentation as per required ISO standards
- Able to drive environment , health and safety projects as per guidelines

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
B.tech with minimum 7-8 years of experience in similar industry
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Knowledge of BOPET/BOPP/ CPP products ,Manufacturing process & Equipments
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA,HVAC, DC/AC Drives and Gauging system knowledge
- Ability to think out of the box and can create innovative solutions to work problemsAbility to think about organization and teams first before self. Ability to create a level of trust, mutual respect and sharing approach in the team.
- Take personal responsibility for achieving the results . Ability to go beyond what is needed in every situation by overcoming obstacles
- Ability to handle problems using logical and systematic approach
- Ability to change the way of organizational working into systematic working.
- Ability to listens and pays attention to other’s point of view and shares information in clear and concise manner.
- Ability to identify need for changes and supports in implementation of change processes.
- Ability to influence others to achieve the goal/mission and takes ownership of the tasks or assignments and also its outcome.
