We are seeking a versatile design professional who can seamlessly transition between architectural planning and interior detailing. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, drafting, and executing designs while ensuring a unified aesthetic—often leaning into minimalist and contemporary styles—throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop comprehensive architectural plans, sections, and bungalow elevations.
- Interior Detailing: Conceptualize and draft interior layouts, bespoke furniture designs, and lighting plans that harmonize with the architectural shell.
- Material Selection: Source and select finishes, textures, and materials (experience with modern materials like micro cement is a strong plus).
- Project Coordination: Bridge the gap between civil and interior execution, ensuring design intent is met on site.
- Client Presentations: Create compelling 3D renders, mood boards, and presentation decks to communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
- Site Management: Conduct regular site visits [e.g., across Pune and Mumbai] to monitor progress, troubleshoot design issues, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience handling both architectural and interior design scopes.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, or Escape).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a cohesive approach to exterior and interior design, ideally featuring residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, and modern aesthetic trends (e.g., minimalism).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
