Hiring: Field Marketing Executive – Study Visa & Agent Network
Wisdom Overseas Consultants is looking for a smart, professional, confident and well-presented Field Marketing Executive to expand our Sub-Agent / Associate Partner Network.
Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula
Position: Field Marketing Executive
Work: Field-Based
Focus: Sub-Agent Onboarding & Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new sub-agents, education consultants and referral partners
- Conduct professional meetings with prospective business associates
- Explain Wisdom Overseas Consultants' study-abroad services and partnership model
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agents
- Generate business through the agent network
- Conduct regular market visits and partner meetings
- Follow up with prospective agents and convert them into active associates
- Maintain agent database, meeting reports and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal admission and visa teams
- Achieve monthly agent onboarding and business-development targets
- Represent the company professionally in the market
Study Visa Knowledge – Important Requirement
The candidate should have good working knowledge of Study Visa processes, particularly Australia.
Strong knowledge of:
Australia Study Visa
- Genuine Student (GS) requirement / GTE knowledge
- Student profile assessment
- Course and university selection
- Academic and financial profile
- Study-gap assessment
- Visa documentation
- Genuine Student statement preparation and understanding
- Visa interview and credibility-related requirements
- Current Australia student visa process
Knowledge of UK Study Visa, GTE/credibility requirements and other study destinations will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Smart, confident and professionally presentable
- Excellent in communication and negotiation
- Good knowledge of Study Visa and Australia GTE/GS
- Strong in networking and relationship management
- Good management and coordination abilities
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face business meetings
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Capable of independently managing field visits and follow-ups
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/CRM and basic reporting
Camera & Content Skills – Added Advantage
Candidates who are comfortable facing the camera and creating short educational videos/reels for the company will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in Study Abroad, Immigration, Visa Consultancy, B2B Sales, Field Marketing or Education Business Development will be preferred.
