About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and SAP Financial Accounting (FI). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, support, and integration while collaborating with finance and business stakeholders to deliver efficient SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP CO & FI modules.
- Manage Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA, Material Ledger, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Support budgeting, planning, allocations, settlements, and financial closing activities.
- Integrate SAP FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, PM, and HR modules.
- Gather business requirements, perform configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP CO with good knowledge of SAP FI.
- Hands-on experience in Product Costing, COPA, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
- Strong understanding of month-end/year-end financial closing.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- SAP FI/CO Certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is preferred.
