We are seeking a passionate and energetic Western Dance Teacher to train students in various Western dance styles and inspire creativity, confidence, and self-expression through dance. The ideal candidate should have strong dance expertise, teaching experience, and the ability to choreograph performances for school events and competitions.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Western dance forms such as Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Freestyle, Salsa, and other styles.
* Plan and conduct engaging dance sessions for different age groups.
* Develop structured lesson plans and training modules.
* Choreograph routines for annual functions, competitions, and cultural events.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Promote fitness, flexibility, rhythm, coordination, and stage presence.
* Organize workshops, rehearsals, and extracurricular dance activities.
* Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with school staff and management for event planning and performances.
Required Qualifications
* Diploma/Degree/Certification in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching Western dance.
* Proficiency in multiple Western dance styles.
* Experience in choreography and stage performances.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to motivate and engage students of different age groups.
Preferred Skills
* Creative choreography and performance planning.
* Knowledge of music rhythm and movement techniques.
* Ability to conduct group and individual training sessions.
* Passion for working with children and young learners.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
