Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the product development and production process.
Source fabrics, trims, and design-to-pack vendors across India.
Manage sampling, approvals, QC, and production timelines.
Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Bridge communication between design, factory, and vendors.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in apparel merchandising or sourcing (kidswear preferred).
Strong vendor network and understanding of materials.
Excellent coordination, costing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple product categories simultaneously.
