Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical work, wiring, and solar panel installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of solar panels, inverters, and related equipment
- Electrical wiring and connection of solar systems
- Commissioning and activation of solar plants
- Routine maintenance and servicing of solar systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing faults in solar systems
- Site inspection and system performance checking
- Ensuring safety standards during installation and service
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related field
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical wiring
- Experience in solar installation (preferred)
- Ability to work on rooftops and outdoor sites
- Two-wheeler (Bike) mandatory
- Valid driving license
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives based on performance
