Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Handle TDS compliance, including calculation, deductions, payments, returns, and Form 16/16A.
- Manage Professional Tax (PT) registration, payments, returns, and compliance.
- Handle PF & ESIC calculations, monthly payments, returns, employee-related compliance, and documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Prepare MIS reports, schedules, and other financial/statutory reports as required.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Track compliance due dates and ensure timely filing/payment to avoid penalties.
- Support management in resolving accounting and compliance-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Statutory Compliance.
- Strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance activities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 30 days' notice period preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have independently handled end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance and have strong practical exposure to GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,656.56 - ₹50,000.00 per month
