Job Summary
The Social Science Teacher is responsible for teaching subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Social Studies to middle school students while developing their understanding of society, culture, and current affairs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Social Science classes for middle school students.
- Teach History, Geography, Civics, and related subjects as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and participation in classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Support school activities, events, and academic programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science or related subject.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Subject knowledge and teaching ability.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
