Job Summary
The Sales Promoter is responsible for actively promoting and selling food and beverage products at the counter, engaging customers, increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while representing the brand professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Promotion
- Actively promote food and beverage products to customers.
- Explain product features, ingredients, and special offers.
- Encourage customers to try new menu items and promotions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average bill value.
Customer Service
- Welcome customers and assist them in making purchase decisions.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure a pleasant and memorable customer experience.
Counter Operations
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and available for sale.
- Monitor product freshness and presentation.
- Assist with order taking and service during peak business hours.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Operate POS systems and process customer transactions.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
- Maintain proper records of sales and transactions.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Adhere to company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
