The Team Leader – Sales is responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives/Tele callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
The role involves coaching, monitoring performance, improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives/Tele callers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, conversions, revenue, and adherence to assigned KPIs.
Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and one-on-one feedback meetings to improve performance.
Ensure adherence to call quality standards, compliance guidelines, and company policies. Monitor live calls, call recordings, and sales conversations to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing critical sales opportunities. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, attendance, productivity, and team performance.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with Quality, Training, Operations, and HR teams to enhance team performance and reduce attrition.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and recognition initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure optimum manpower utilization, roster planning, attendance management, and shrinkage control.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members whenever required. Conduct performance reviews and recommend development plans for team members. Ensure all assigned targets are achieved while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
