About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with experience in the architectural design and drafting. The Architectural Draftsman is responsible for preparation of drawings, along with the ability to conceptualize the structures and elevations. The role involves coordinating with design, production, and project teams to ensure drawings are completed accurately and on schedule.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Prepare architectural, GA, working, and assembly drawings using AutoCAD
● Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings
● Revise drawings based on client and project requirements
● Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, production, and site teams
● Prepare fabrication drawings and material layouts for manufacturing
● Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation
● Support quantity take-offs and material estimation
● Ensure onsite quality and execution as per drawing
● Assist in preparing as-built drawings after project completion
Requirements
● Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with 1 or 2 years of experience is required
● Strong knowledge of any 2D tool. 3D skill is preferred
● Strong attention to detailing, documentation discipline, and good coordination and communication skills are required
