Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build strong customer relationships, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
- Support sales activities by identifying customer requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding company updates.
Qualification
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good coordination skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
