Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Maven Peak Solutions is seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help drive business growth through strategic outbound email campaigns and targeted prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain highly targeted prospect databases.
- Extract and research business contact information from various sources.
- Identify decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, Owners, Directors, and Managers.
- Verify and clean lead data to ensure high deliverability.
- Create, launch, and manage cold email campaigns.
- Write and optimize email sequences to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Manage email deliverability, inbox reputation, and domain health.
- Segment prospect lists by industry, company size, location, and target audience.
- Track outreach metrics and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.
- Strong experience with lead extraction, prospect research, and database building.
- Experience using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Sales Navigator, Hunter, , or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cold email outreach and deliverability best practices.
- Ability to generate high-quality leads and qualified appointments.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and conversions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience generating leads for website development, mobile app development, custom software development, SaaS products, SEO, or digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales processes.
