Job Summary:
The Rising Bloom Foundation is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic NGO Volunteers to support community development projects, awareness campaigns, and social initiatives. This is a field-based role that requires regular interaction with beneficiaries, local communities, and project stakeholders. Candidates should be willing to travel and relocate as per project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support field visits and community outreach activities
- Assist in organizing awareness campaigns, workshops, and community meetings
- Coordinate with beneficiaries and local communities
- Support project implementation and monitoring activities
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution
- Collect basic field data and maintain project records
- Help with documentation and report preparation
- Represent the organization professionally during field activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for social work and community development
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
- Ready to relocate as per project requirements
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous volunteering, internship, or NGO experience will be an added advantage
