Job Summary
The Bungalow Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising residential construction projects, ensuring execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves site coordination, contractor management, quality control, and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at bungalow project sites.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain work progress records.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
- Manage subcontractors and labour teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Review drawings and identify site-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and billing measurements.
- Ensure project completion as per approved schedule and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential bungalow or building construction projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and interior civil works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
