We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage the entire district’s sales operations and business development activities. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing distribution channels, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of business targets across the assigned district.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete sales operations of the assigned district.
- Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Develop and execute district-level sales strategies and action plans.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team within the district.
- Ensure proper route planning, market coverage, and business expansion activities.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Track collection status and support receivables management.
- Ensure implementation of company policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance standards.
Work Location
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
