Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive with at least 2 years of experience in student-facing roles within an educational or EdTech environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling student interactions, fee-related processes, and coordination activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth student interactions
- Handle student queries, concerns, and walk-in support professionally
- Coordinate with students through calls for admissions, schedules, documentation, and follow-ups
- Maintain records related to student data and daily activities
- Manage cash collection, fee receipts, reconciliation, and basic cash handling processes
- Support academic and operational teams for student coordination activities
- Ensure timely communication regarding classes, assessments, and other academic updates
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk / Student Coordination / Academic Operations
- Prior experience in handling student queries and coordination
- Knowledge of cash handling and fee management processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Preferred Background:
Candidates from EdTech, educational institutes, training academies, or student service environments will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
