About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in solar sales and a strong understanding of rooftop solar systems for residential and commercial customers. The role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, following up with prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet residential & housing society customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and collect necessary information for proposal preparation.
- Explain solar solutions, project economics, subsidies, and return on investment to customers.
- Generate and present quotations and proposals.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM software.
- Attend marketing activities when required.
- Stay updated on solar products, industry trends, government policies, and subsidy schemes.
RequirementsMandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales.
- Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and their components.
- Experience in customer meetings, proposal presentation, and deal closure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
