Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Audit & ERP Assistant to support internal audit activities, ERP data management, inventory verification, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting internal audits of production, stores, inventory, and accounts records.
- Maintain and update data in ERP software accurately and timely.
- Verify stock records and support physical inventory audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports.
- Reconcile ERP data with physical stock and departmental records.
- Monitor transactions and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Generate MIS reports using Excel and ERP systems.
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and accounts departments for audit-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of audit records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate, Degree, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of audit processes and inventory management.
- Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Experience in ERP Software operation and data entry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory auditing and stock verification.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
