JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can transform complex business concepts into compelling content, campaigns, and brand narratives. The ideal candidate should possess strong copywriting abilities, content strategy skills, influencer collaboration experience, and an eye for premium luxury branding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and execute content strategies across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta.
* Develop high-quality ad copies, captions, scripts, reels, blogs, and campaign creatives aligned with brand positioning.
* Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and creative teams to execute marketing campaigns.
* Prepare detailed creative briefs for photoshoots, videos, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
* Manage influencer and PR collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking.
* Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and campaign analytics.
* Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience behavior studies.
* Generate innovative content series and storytelling formats that strengthen brand perception and engagement.
* Support lead-generation campaigns through compelling content and landing page optimization.
* Ensure all communication reflects premium, luxury, and institutional brand positioning.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
* Understanding of social media algorithms and audience psychology.
* Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and content management tools.
* Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
* Ability to write creative briefs and campaign concepts independently.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
* Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, branding, or social media management.
