We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gold & Silver Jewellery Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the jewellery sections. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, guide sales executives, monitor inventory movement, and ensure excellent service standards in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executives.
- Supervise daily operations of the gold and silver jewellery sections.
- Evaluate and verify customers’ old gold and silver items for exchange.
- Support Sales Executives during sales discussions and customization requests.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Forward jewellery repair orders to the head office and track progress.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and display standards.
- Set daily sales targets for Sales Executives and monitor performance.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving stock and report to management.
- Ensure follow-ups with customers who did not complete purchases.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in jewellery retail or showroom supervision.
- Good knowledge of gold and silver jewellery products.
- Strong customer service and sales management skills.
- Ability to evaluate old gold/silver items.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
