Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise electrical installation work as per drawings and project specifications.Handle erection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
2. Monitor cable laying, cable tray, panel installation, lighting, and grounding work.
3. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
4. Maintain daily progress reports and update management on work status.
5. Ensure safety compliance, PPE usage, and adherence to site safety standards.
6. Attend client/site meetings and resolve technical issues.
7. Check material availability and coordinate with store/purchase departments.
8. Read and understand electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and technical documents.
9. Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot electrical faults during execution.
10. Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for project activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and project execution.
- Familiarity with HT/LT systems, transformers, panels, and cable works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and at project sites.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Relevant experience 2 to 3 years in industrial/project electrical works preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
