Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and set up software for clients.
- Provide technical support via phone, remote access, email, and WhatsApp.
- Receive and handle client calls professionally.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Guide clients on software features and usage.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug reports, feature requests, and technical issues.
- Maintain records of support tickets, client issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Assist clients with software updates and new feature implementations.
- Prepare basic documentation and user guides when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows.
- Basic understanding of software installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (BCA, B.Sc. IT, Diploma in Computer Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Freshers are welcome. Candidates with software support or technical support experience will be given preference.
