Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, performance monitoring, and compliance with company policies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting employees and management.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Coordinate asset handover and joining checklists.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism and disciplinary matters.
Payroll & Compensation Support
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement.
- Maintain records of employee benefits, incentives, and reimbursements.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Manage employee recognition programs and celebrations.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Performance Management
- Assist in employee performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance records and evaluation reports.
- Follow up on probation reviews and confirmations.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee databases.
- Manage employee documentation and compliance records.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain records related to statutory requirements.
- Support audits and inspections as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
