Job Summary:
PBHM Medical Center is seeking an organized, proactive, and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the medical center and ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate departments, support staff, and enhance patient satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center.
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate departmental activities.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, billing, and appointment processes.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, and support staff.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement activities.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain administrative records.
- Support healthcare camps, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
- Implement strategies to improve patient experience and service quality.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and patient-friendly environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and hospital management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management.
- Experience in managing OPD operations, billing systems, and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
