Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ and in-house brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should understand trends, content strategy, performance tracking, campaigns execution to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X)
- Schedule posts using tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals and messaging
2. Content Creation & Planning
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Write engaging captions, hooks and hashtags
- Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives (reels, posts, stories)
3. Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute organic & paid campaigns
- Assist in running Meta Ads (basic level)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs like engagement rate, reach, impressions, followers growth
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on data insights
5. Trend & Competitor Research
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels formats and algorithms
- Analyze competitors and suggest innovative ideas
6. Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages and queries
- Build and nurture online communities
Required Skills
Must-Have:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms & algorithms
- Good writing and communication skills
- Creativity + understanding of viral/trending content
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite
2. Good to Have:
- Experience with paid ads (Meta/Instagram)
- Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts)
- Knowledge of SEO hashtags & social media insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
- Relevant certifications (optional but preferred)
