Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Experience: 2–4 years
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to independently manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects spanning Mobile Applications, AI/ML solutions, ERP, and CRM implementations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and driving projects from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and DevOps teams across Mobile App, AI, ERP, and CRM projects
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and resource allocation
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients/stakeholders and internal teams
- Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers proactively
- Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and client sign-off processes
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience managing software/IT projects
- Exposure to Mobile App development lifecycle (iOS/Android)
- Understanding of AI/ML project workflows and terminology
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (implementation or customization projects)
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of SDLC and technical concepts (APIs, databases, integrations)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
