Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to coordinate transportation operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in dispatching, load booking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers based on customer requirements and schedules.
- Search, negotiate, and book loads through load boards and freight brokers.
- Assign loads to drivers based on availability, location, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and schedule changes.
- Track vehicles using GPS and dispatch software.
- Handle customer and broker inquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight brokers and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability while ensuring timely load assignments.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, load records, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare daily operational reports and dispatch documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong negotiation and load-booking skills.
- Good understanding of load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with dispatch software or logistics management systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Dispatcher, Freight Dispatcher, Load Planner, Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the US Trucking/Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in night shifts.

Pay: ₹11,109.42 - ₹34,601.30 per month
