Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analytics Interns / Freshers who are interested in data analysis, business insights, and reporting. The candidate will support the team in analyzing business data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and helping improve business performance through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data from various sources
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities from data
- Support the team in creating MIS reports and performance tracking
- Work with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for analysis
- Help optimize business processes through analytical insights
- Collaborate with different departments for data collection and reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Business Analytics and Data Analysis
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher candidates can apply
- Final year students / recent graduates in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, BE, B.Tech, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Internship experience in analytics or research is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau
- Understanding of business metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting concepts
