- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (10/11), MS Office Suite, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with desktop, laptop, and peripheral (printer/scanner) troubleshooting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with end-users.
- Experience: 0–2+ years in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer-facing roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant IT certifications

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
