Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Pitching: Deliver engaging presentations and pitches about our products/services, highlighting their key features and value propositions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify potential leads, follow up regularly on warm prospects, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Address customer complaints, answer questions professionally, and provide accurate information about offerings.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize accurate logs of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipeline details in the CRM system.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from customers during calls to help improve company products, scripts, or marketing strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, higher secondary school certificate, or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a telesales role is highly preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear accent, active listening abilities, and fluency in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi].
