We are looking for a highly driven sales professional responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing buyer leads for our international property events and developer clients. The candidate will play a key role in converting inquiries into qualified meetings and site visit opportunities.
- Generate and qualify high-intent buyer leads through outbound calling and database activation
- Conduct initial need analysis (budget, city preference, purpose – investment/self-use)
- Schedule one-on-one meetings for developers during expos and post events
- Maintain strong follow-up process post-event
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign-based lead activation
- Handle CRM updates and lead tracking
- Ensure high show-up ratio during events
- Work closely with developers’ sales teams to push conversions.
