Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CDSCO registrations, applications, and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare, submit, and track NOC applications with the relevant authorities.
- Handle ADC (Assistant Drug Controller) queries and maintain compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with customs brokers (CHA), freight forwarders, and internal teams for import clearance.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills for domestic transportation of goods.
- Prepare and maintain import-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, and statutory records.
- Ensure timely submission of documents through relevant government portals.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, approvals, registrations, and regulatory correspondence.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with applicable import regulations.
- Coordinate with QA, Procurement, and Logistics teams for smooth execution of import activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Science or Pharmacy background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in import documentation and regulatory affairs.
- Hands-on experience with CDSCO registration processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of NOC applications, ADC documentation, and import compliance procedures.
- Experience in E-Way Bill generation and documentation.
- Familiarity with government portals such as CDSCO, DGFT, ICEGATE, and GST (preferred).
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
