Job Overview
Technocrat Polymers, a leading manufacturer of PVC Gumboots, Safety Gumboots, and Industrial Safety Footwear under the Scorta brand, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to expand our dealer, distributor, and industrial customer network across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Visit dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clients.
- Promote and sell PVC Gumboots, Safety Gumboots, Safety Footwear and safety helmets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of sales experience (Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Footwear, PPE, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Candidates
- Experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Safety Products, Footwear, Construction Supplies, Agriculture Products, or PPE Equipment.
- Existing dealer/distributor network will be an added advantage.
