Key contribution of the role will be in the following spaces:
- Support the setup of a new way of working and operating model that improves data maturity, adoption, data quality, trusted reporting, and future AI readiness.
- Manage and sustain data governance personas (Data owners, Data Stewards, Data Custodians) Managing includes capability building and activation of center of expertise.
How you will contribute
You will:
Act as a change partnerand be accountable for change management of the Data Governance and interacted data sub-workstreams (master data, business data & data analytics). Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization resulting from data harmonization, data quality rules, data quality dashboard and governance changesDevelop change management strategiesand plans tailored to data transformation initiatives (including communication and training strategies)Define, design, and execute strategicchange management interventions (communications, training, stakeholder engagement)Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategiesSupport building change management capability and coach project stakeholders on data governance adoptionCollaborate cross-functionally with BUs, Functions, MDS, business process owners, Data Governance personas, and regional leadership to ensure alignmentDrive stakeholder engagement at all levels to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to new data governance frameworks and tools, especially Ataccama technology under deployment to support data governance through data cataloguing, data lineage and data quality functionalities.Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change that promotes Data Governance practices and fosters a data-driven culture
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years in large-scale ERP/digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience in data governance, data management, or data & analytics change initiatives
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and/or o9 planning platforms (preferred) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior-level leaders across functions and business units.

What you need to know about this position:
- This role is part of the S4/o9 Program and reports into the Regional Business Data Lead, with dotted line to the Regional Change Management Lead
- You will be a core member of the regional S4/o9 team, partnering with leaders across functions as well as the Global Transformation Office
- Travel may be required to support deployment waves and stakeholder engagement activities
- This is a program-based role aligned to the transformation timeline
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Experience with master data management (MDM) platforms and data quality tools
- Familiarity with data stewardship models and data ownership frameworks
- Prior experience in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
- Experience supporting multi-wave, multi-region ERP deployments
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Management, or related field
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred
