Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, references and recruitment consultants
- Screen profiles and conduct initial discussions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain a simple recruitment tracker
- Coordinate with the respective HR teams and department heads
Candidate Profile
- 2 years to 5 years experience
- Graduate or MBA in HR preferred
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or talent acquisition role
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment channels
- Strong communication, computer and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple positions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
