Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits and pricing.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and support showroom growth.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain a premium and well-organised showroom environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Retail/showroom experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
