Job Description – Celonis Value Engineer
Location: Any UST India
Role Summary
We are looking for a Celonis Value Engineer with strong functional and process consulting expertise to drive process mining initiatives using Celonis EMS. The role involves identifying value opportunities, designing business use cases, and delivering measurable process improvements across enterprise functions.
- Lead process assessments to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Gather business requirements through stakeholder workshops and process discovery.
- Design and deliver Celonis use cases, dashboards, and value realization plans.
- Define KPIs, ROI, and business impact for process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with technical teams for data integration and process modeling.
- Drive process transformation, user adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in Celonis EMS, Process Mining, Business Process Improvement, or Consulting.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering Celonis use cases.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or IT.
- Experience in stakeholder management, workshops, and value realization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Celonis certifications (Analyst, Value Engineer, Value Assessment & Realization Expert).
- Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks.
