We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience across all HR functions, preferably in the garments/apparel manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (factory & staff hiring)
Payroll processing, attendance & leave management
Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.)
Employee relations & grievance handling
Performance management & HR documentation
Training coordination & workforce planning
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws & factory compliance
Experience handling large workforce in manufacturing setup
Good communication & coordination skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
