Quantity Surveying
- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity estimates from drawings.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and quantity reconciliation.
- Verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills and supplier invoices.
- Prepare rate analyses for new and extra items.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Track variations, change orders, and claims.
- Coordinate with procurement for material quantity planning and cost control.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain records of bills, measurements, contracts, and cost data.
- Prepare weekly steel and concrete wastage reports.
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop baseline project schedules using MS Project.
- Prepare detailed construction programs and activity sequencing.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly project progress.
- Prepare look-ahead plans (2-week, 1-month, and 3-month).
- Track critical path activities and identify schedule risks.
- Develop recovery plans for delayed activities.
- Coordinate with site, design, procurement and consultant teams to ensure schedule adherence.
- Monitor manpower, equipment and material deployment against planned requirements.
- Prepare progress dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Coordination & Reporting
- Conduct weekly progress review meetings.
- Prepare budget vs. actual cost and progress analysis.
- Highlight delays, cost overruns, and resource constraints.
- Support management with forecasting and decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project performance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
