IT Training & Student Counselling Responsibilities
- Strong skills required to approach, counsel, and convince freshers to enroll in paid IT training programs.
- Contact students, freshers, and job seekers through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Explain available IT training programs, career opportunities, and learning benefits.
- Counsel candidates regarding technology courses, career growth, and job market requirements.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead databases.
- Assist students with enrollment, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Build strong relationships with colleges, training institutes, and placement cells.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and counseling targets.
Communication & Coordination
- Handle inquiries from students and job seekers professionally.
- Provide information regarding course curriculum, training schedules, certifications, and placement support.
- Coordinate with trainers, placement teams, and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students regarding updates and schedules.
Required Skills
- 6 Months to 1.5 Years of experience in Recruitment, Telecalling, Counselling, Admissions, Sales, or HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting counseling sessions.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and training programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
