Job Summary
OSO Home Interiors is looking for an experienced and creative Interior Design Head to lead our residential interior design team. The ideal candidate will oversee luxury residential projects, manage a team of designers, and ensure high-quality design execution from concept to completion.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for premium interior design.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership
- Lead and maintain the company’s creative design standards.
- Develop concepts, layouts, presentations, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure projects are aesthetically strong, functional, and within budget.
Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of interior designers.
- Allocate project responsibilities and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular design reviews and ensure timely delivery.
Technical & Software Oversight
- Supervise technical drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and material specifications.
- Coordinate design outputs using industry-standard software.
Client & Project Coordination
- Handle client presentations and design discussions professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in residential interior design
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior or leadership role
- Strong portfolio of luxury residential projects
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Preferred Experience
- Residential Interior Design: 5 years (Required)
- Experience with luxury residential clients and developers preferred
Work Location

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
