We are looking for a confident and smart Site Engineer who can manage site responsibilities while also interacting with clients and explaining plot details professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer
- Candidates with a Civil Engineering background are preferred
- Basic knowledge of:
- Site supervision
- Plot measurements
- Vastu concepts and plot orientation
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to explain project details clearly to customers
- Interest in real estate sales and customer interaction
Responsibilities
- Explain plots, project details, and Vastu benefits to clients
- Assist customers during site visits and guide them professionally
- Coordinate with the sales team and support plot closures
- Supervise basic site activities and ensure proper maintenance
- Handle customer queries regarding land measurements, facing, and layout
- Maintain daily reports and client follow-ups
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Salary increment based on performance and sales contribution
