Business Development Manager (US Market)
Location: New Delhi, Badarpur, near Mohan Estate Metro station (Day Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base in the US market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with prospects, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting conversations into business.
The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, experience interacting with US customers, and a proven track record in sales or business development. If you are currently working night shifts in a BPO, sales, customer success, or business development role and are looking to transition into a professional day-shift position, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outreach channels.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects based primarily in the United States.
- Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience speaking with US customers or international clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong confidence in conducting sales calls and virtual meetings.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling professional services, digital services, SaaS products, marketing services, design services, or technology solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or consultative selling.
- Candidates currently working night shifts who are looking for a long-term day-shift opportunity will be given preference.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
