Position: SCM Professional – Procurement & Contracts
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Relocation Assistance)
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Preferred Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer
Key Requirement: Strong OPEX experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and contract management activities.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for OPEX requirements.
- Handle vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management.
- Manage RFQ/RFP processes, commercial evaluations, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and cost compliance.
- Manage OPEX procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering, projects, operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable contractual requirements.
- Support contract administration, amendments, renewals, claims, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with:
10+ years of experience in SCM / Procurement / Contracts
Strong experience in Procurement & Contract Management
Hands-on OPEX procurement experience – Mandatory
Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industry – Preferred
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree from a recognized University
Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation skills
Experience handling procurement of materials, services, and operational requirements
Strong understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and supplier management
Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills

Pay: ₹14,405.11 - ₹80,000.00 per month
