About the Role
Vihaas Design Technologies is looking for a motivated Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Solan. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in logistics, supply chain operations, and import/export coordination within a fast-growing technology and telecom company. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn logistics and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.
- Handle import/export documentation and customs coordination.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain shipment, inventory, and payment records.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support inventory management and logistics planning activities.
- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documentation and reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
- 0–1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, commercial operations, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant educational background and strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
