Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding and long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
